Terracotta

In commercial properties terracotta tiles will need to be maintained on a regular basis. They will require resealing to prevent any absorption of stains and to maintain their look.

We use a high alkaline cleaner to remove any old sealer and ground in dirt. We then reseal the floor with a topical sealer to achieve the desired finish.

This will give the terracotta protection especially in high footfall areas and make ongoing maintenance easier.
